I went to the doctor again today. My ear still didn't feel right and was painful when I blew my nose. As a musician I don't want to end up with any kind of hearing loss! So I'm on more antibiotics for the next two weeks. My doctor assures me that these will kill everypossible bug. She said she can't see in my ear so really she's just making a calculated guess (and I'm the guineapig?!?). Not only that, the antibiotics interfere with folate absorption so I need to take folate while I'm on them.
I really hate being sick and I hate taking stuff like antibiotics. :( Hopefully it will clear up very soon.
