In the post today I recieved a new bank card. When I opened it I remember thinking to myself that it was strange recieving a new card as I was sure mine didn't expire till next year. Anyway I duly cut up the old card and signed the new one as you are supposed to. Then, still wondering about the date, I did a double check only to find I'd cut up the wrong card! 
You see Bruce & I have a joint account as well, and the new card was for the joint account!
